Started in 1922 by Sri P.S.NARAYANA IYER, the then chief conservator forest of the princely state of Cochin, who took a bold an ambitious step to resign from the job to become an enterpreneur By early 1950's PSN emerges as the largest fleet operator next only to state owned transport. The fleet size was 110 Nos of Route Buses 80 Nos of Trucks employing more than 1500 persons directly. |

group had to pass through agonising convulsions in route bus operation
in late 60's and early 70'sdue to the perennial problem of Kerala
State.industrial atmosphere, vitiated by militancy. It had to come
out leaner with its inherent strengh intact. |

PSN had diversified
interest in Fuel stations, Hotels, Estates, Consumer stores, Series
of workshops for Cars and Trucks and Sub dealership for Ashok Leyland,
Mahindra, Fiat for Central Kerala. |

PSN is
the authorized dealer for Eicher Motors Ltd., for their range of
commercial vehicles for Calicut, Malapuram, Wyanad, Kannur & Kasargode
under the name M/s. Automotive Marketing Pvt. Ltd in Calicut command
area and in Cochin command area for Cochin, Alleppey, Thrissur
and Palakkad under the name P.S.N. Automobiles Pvt. Ltd |
